Who we are, why we were built, and how we've earned the trust of millions of Bangladeshis — read our full story.
A few years ago, our founders asked one simple question — why should players in Bangladesh struggle with language barriers, payment hassles, and zero support just to play on international platforms? The answer was straightforward: they needed a platform built for them.
That vision gave birth to 9j999. From day one, we believed Bangladeshi players deserved a platform that speaks their language, supports familiar payment methods, and is there for them whenever they need help. Today, 9j999 One of Bangladesh's most trusted online gaming destinations.
From Dhaka to Cox's Bazar, Rajshahi to Sylhet — we have players in every corner of the country. Their trust and loyalty are what keep us moving forward.
These are the reasons why millions of players have chosen us.
From a small team with a big dream to a platform trusted by millions — this is our story.
These values guide every decision we make and every update we roll out.
There are plenty of online gaming platforms out there, but very few are built with Bangladeshi players truly in mind. 9j999 That's exactly the gap we set out to fill. Most of our team members are from Bangladesh — they understand the local internet landscape, how people prefer to pay, and what kinds of games resonate here. That local knowledge is our greatest strength.
We've seen many players make mistakes on foreign platforms simply because of the language barrier — misunderstanding bonus terms or getting stuck when trying to withdraw. 9j999Everything on 9j999 is written in clear, simple language. No traps, no hidden terms.
9j999The games available here weren't chosen at random. Before adding any title, we evaluate several key factors — the game's RTP, whether the provider is licensed, how well it runs on mobile, and whether players in Bangladesh will genuinely enjoy it. It's this rigorous selection process that makes 9j9999j999's game collection is a cut above what other platforms offer.
Companies like Pragmatic Play are recognized worldwide and licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority. Evolution's live games are broadcast live from studios in Nevada and Stockholm. Partnering with these providers means players can be confident that every game outcome is completely fair.
9j999At 9j999, we always say — play for fun, not as a source of income. Our platform lets you set deposit limits to help you stay in control. If you feel your gaming habits are getting out of hand, you can temporarily or permanently close your account. For anyone under 18, 9j999 Strictly prohibited — a rule we never compromise on under any circumstances.
On many platforms, reaching support means getting a reply in English — or waiting hours for a response. 9j999Live chat support in Bengali is available on 9j999 around the clock. Most issues are resolved within 5 minutes. Whether it's a deposit problem, a delayed withdrawal, or any game-related question, our team is always ready to help.
In the future, 9j999 We'll keep growing — more games, more features, more payment options. But our identity stays the same: a trusted gaming platform built for the people of Bangladesh, by the people of Bangladesh.
